Terms and conditions
These terms apply to this public website and to digital products and subscriptions sold by THE APP FORGE, a South African private company (CIPC K2026687489), registered office 44 Will Scarlet Road, Robindale, Randburg, Gauteng, 2194, South Africa. Contact: info@theappforge.app.
What we sell
THE APP FORGE sells software-as-a-service (SaaS): access to Forge business applications, related platform credits, and monthly subscription plans. We do not sell physical goods. Published list prices on this site are in South African rand. Card and EFT payments for paid plans are processed by PayFast; card details are entered on PayFast’s pages and are not stored by us.
Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment we provision access electronically — typically by activating your account, app entitlement, or credits in our systems. There is no physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery. Access is usually available immediately after PayFast confirms payment, and in any event within a reasonable time once payment has cleared. Login URLs and product hosts are provided by email or shown in your customer dashboard.
Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancel in your account billing settings where available, or email info@theappforge.app from the address on the account. Once-off top-ups and one-time purchases are not recurring and do not need cancellation.
Refunds
We do not refund part of a billing month once that period has started, and we do not refund credits that have already been used. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed. If we fail to deliver digital access after a successful payment, or if a charge was taken in error, email info@theappforge.app and we will remedy access or refund as appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (including any applicable cooling-off right on an electronic transaction).
What this website is
This site describes Forge products and published list prices. It is not an offer of credit. Product accounts and checkout for paid plans are handled on our product hosts and via PayFast, not as a card form embedded on every marketing page.
No reliance on unpublished metrics
This site does not publish customer counts, revenue, uptime or other performance figures. Do not treat any third-party description of those figures as coming from this page.
Intellectual property
The THE APP FORGE name, Forge product names, and the contents of this site belong to THE APP FORGE unless we say otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site to imply a different business identity.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, scrape or overload this site in a way that interferes with it, and do not use it to misrepresent THE APP FORGE.
Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, THE APP FORGE is not liable for losses arising only from your use of this marketing site. Product contracts for paid services sit under these commercial terms and any order confirmation. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
